Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

1.1. This giveaway is organised and administered solely by Encore Golf Company ("Encore Golf Company", "we", "us" or "our").

1.2. These Terms & Conditions govern the Encore Golf Company Odyssey Toulon Chicago Giveaway ("the Competition").

1.3. Encore Golf Company is responsible for administering the Competition, processing entries, selecting and contacting the winner, and arranging delivery of the prize.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.

2.2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.

2.3. Employees of Encore Golf Company, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in organising or administering the Competition are not eligible to enter.

2.4. Encore Golf Company reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of age, identity and eligibility from any entrant or selected winner.

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter the Competition, entrants must complete all of the following:

• Follow the Encore Golf Company Instagram account;

• Repost the Competition story to their own Instagram Story;

• Tag a golf friend as instructed in the Competition promotion; and

• Complete and submit the Competition application form on the Encore Golf Company website.

3.2. One application per customer/person only. Multiple applications, duplicate entries or entries submitted using multiple accounts will not be accepted.

3.3. No purchase is necessary to enter.

3.4. Entries must be received before the closing time specified in these Terms & Conditions.

3.5. Encore Golf Company accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or unable to be processed due to technical problems or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

3.6. Encore Golf Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, misleading or otherwise invalid.

4. Closing Date

4.1. The Competition will close at 12:00hrs (midday) on Saturday 10th October 2026.

4.2. Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.

5. Prize

5.1. There will be one winner.

5.2. The winner will receive one Odyssey Toulon Chicago putter, as shown in the Competition promotional material.

5.3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize at the request of the winner.

5.4. Encore Golf Company reserves the right, where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

5.5. The prize will be provided to the winner free of charge and the winner will not be required to pay any fee or charge to claim the prize.

6. Winner Selection

6.1. Following the closing date, all eligible entries will be checked against the entry requirements.

6.2. One winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries.

6.3. The random selection will be carried out using a fair and verifiably random selection process.

6.4. Encore Golf Company will retain reasonable records of the winner selection process.

7. Winner Notification

7.1. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided when entering the Competition.

7.2. Encore Golf Company will make a reasonable attempt to contact the winner.

7.3. The winner may be required to confirm their full name, age, UK address and other reasonable information necessary to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.

7.4. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, cannot be verified as eligible, or has not completed the required entry conditions, Encore Golf Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7.5. The prize will be dispatched to the verified winner's UK address.

8. Verification

8.1. Encore Golf Company may verify that the selected winner has completed all required entry conditions, including following the Encore Golf Company Instagram account, reposting the Competition story, tagging a golf friend and completing the website application.

8.2. If an entrant is unable to demonstrate that they have satisfied the entry requirements, their entry may be declared invalid and an alternative winner may be selected.

9. Publicity

9.1. By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that, if selected as the winner, Encore Golf Company may announce the winner's first name and general location (such as town or county) on its website and/or social media channels for the purpose of demonstrating that a valid prize has been awarded.

9.2. Encore Golf Company will not publicly disclose the winner's full address, telephone number, email address or other unnecessary personal information.

9.3. The winner may be invited to provide a photograph or other content confirming receipt of the prize. Any such publicity will be subject to the winner's agreement.

10. Personal Data

10.1. Personal information submitted as part of the Competition will be processed by Encore Golf Company for the purposes of administering the Competition, verifying entries, selecting and contacting the winner and delivering the prize.

10.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Encore Golf Company's Privacy Policy, available on the Encore Golf Company website.

10.3. Entry into the Competition does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications. Any marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and consent requirements.

11. Instagram

11.1. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

11.2. By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility for the Competition.

11.3. Entrants release Instagram from responsibility or liability arising from their participation in the Competition.

11.4. Entrants must comply with Instagram's applicable terms and policies when participating in the Competition.

12. Fair Administration

12.1. Encore Golf Company will administer the Competition fairly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

12.2. Encore Golf Company will not deliberately exclude valid entries or favour any particular entrant.

12.3. Encore Golf Company reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably considers fraudulent, misleading, abusive or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

13. Changes or Cancellation

13.1. Encore Golf Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Competition only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

13.2. Where reasonably possible, any such change will be communicated through the Encore Golf Company website and/or social media channels.

14. Liability

14.1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

14.2. Subject to the above, Encore Golf Company will not be responsible for any failure or delay caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including technical failures, website outages, social-media platform failures or telecommunications failures.

15. General

15.1. By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

15.2. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

15.3. Encore Golf Company's decision regarding the administration of the Competition and eligibility of entries will be final, subject to applicable law.

15.4. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts will have jurisdiction in relation to the Competition, subject to any rights consumers may have under applicable UK consumer law.
