Returns & Refunds
At Encore Golf Company, we want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with no additional damage, excessive wear, or alterations beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item. As all of our equipment is pre-owned, we carefully photograph and describe the condition of every item before sale. We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund if the item’s condition has deteriorated after delivery.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page so we can resolve the issue promptly. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
